Can I setup as passthrough while plugged into my PC?

Can I set this thing up to where it will allow me to use my keyboard and mouse while plugged into the computer?  Then all I would need to do is move one cable instead of 3.  Would be a big time saver and help keep cables much more organized.  Thank you in advance.
