Problem with party chat with Sony Wireless headset

Hello! I use PS4 PRO and Sony wireless headset, i set all settings according to the instructions in this thread http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=1434.0, but with wireless connection i can not hear the party members, only the sound of the game, my microphone works and friends can hear me, but i cant hear them, what could be the problem?

Hi destinylover,

If you are using  Sony wireless headset, its trouble shall not be caused by Cross Hair.

But you may try the following settings to select proper audio output channel.

1. settings/devices/audio devices/

2. settings/sound and screen/audio output settings

3. Enable the following 2 options:
settings/sound and screen/System Music
settings/sound and screen/Key Tone

i used same settings like reasnow recommend in "PS4 party-chat issue.pdf" and "Audio settings for USB sound adapter on PS4.pdf", but it did not helped. Can old rev. of headseat cause this problem?

Anyway thank you for your help!

those 2 manuals are for usb sound card,
but yours is a wireless headset.

Just choose your headset as the output device on ps4,
it shall work.
