Rainbow 6 is half broken with reasnow

Picked up RB6 during the sale but the if I try to move diagonally (Like W + A / W + D) the movement speed decrease by 50% so currently the only way to move in "100%" speed is by either holding each key alone (Not together for diagonally movement),

Any idea if it's possible to fix this?

4. which config has been activated in Cross Hair? what are your settings in it?
