Can't config properly...

I've just buyed your product from amazon and i got it today, i have a G29+Shifter and i want to play Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One S, but i can't have it configured properly, sometimes some keys don't work but more exactly the shifter never worked in H also... can i have some help please? I'm trying this since the morning...

Now i tried again, everything working good except for the manual shifter, i can only change gears on the wheel... any tip?

which config have you activated in Cross Hair?
and what are your settings in this config?

I tried different stuff but i believe is not properly set... i now the expert mode beta and changed the wheel to g29 only...

if you are using expert mode beta, H shift is supported.
if you are using other configs(legacy mode), there is only +/- shift.

I already done everything it says there, or atleast tried to, but nothing solves the problem, the H shifter never works in the game, only the wheel and the pedals, i only buyed this to play forza with g29 since it doesn't work for that i'll just send it back to amazon, thanks anyway.
