can you send a video to show us your trouble?

we might also need some more of your details, such as console, settings and configs in cross hair, etc...

we watched your video, but it's too short and with no details.
did you hear any beeps with the blue logo? or how many beeps(repeatedly) did you hear?

are you using cross hair on xb1?
what is your settings in cross hair?

better try a new usb cable for your controller.

Hi Louflo,
You got stucked at a stable blue LOGO with no beep, right?
If it's so, there is some problem with the connection between Cross Hair and your XB1 console.
Here some things you can try:
1. use a new usb cable to connect cross hair to xbox one,
do not use usb extension cable between them.
and make sure they are  firmly connected.
2. power off your xbox one completely, and remove its AC power cord for a while,
then power up your xbox one and try again.
