Help: My Crosshair constantly disconnects in mid-game
« on: January 09, 2019, 11:16:30 AM »
Hello Richard!

It's been some time since my crosshair is beeping steady and after it disconnects forcing me to remove the usb cable from the Xbox One console and connect again, but it again experiences the same problem.

Apparently this problem occurs when I move the mouse.
This problem is preventing the use of crosshair.

Below you will find information about Crosshair accessories and version.
- Console: Xbox One
- keyboard: Corsair Strafe RGB
- Mouse: Logitech G500
- Crosshair ver:
--Manager Ver: 1.73.38
--GameEngine Ver: 1.31.0
--Macro Ver: 1.10.0
--Hardware Ver: 1.7.4
--Firmware Ver: 1.73.38
--BootLoader Ver: 1.22.0

Attached you can find a video with problem.

Appreciate for all support
Best Regards

richard

so you got a stable blue logo with 2 beeps,
which can only means cross hair detected some unstable connection.
you may try replace one of your peripherals one by one,
or the usb cable which is used to connect peripheral to cross hair.

Hi Richard!

Already replaced accessories and the same problem occurs.
Before disconnecting while moving the mouse occurs several non-standard beeps and then it disconnects.

The blue color of the logo refers to the profile, but there is a problem with other profiles as well.

What could be happening?

Tks!

cross hair will give beeps when detecting peripherals being connected or disconnected.
seeming you should try another mouse,
or try to connect your mouse to the other usb port on cross hair.
