Delay in aim and shot in FPS game

Hello Richard, how are you?
Thanks for the support in the last question. My mouse was having problems.

I need your help again.
I'm a little late when I look and I shoot FPS game (Black Ops 4). Is there any way to fix this delay or my shots to come out first?

I would like to know if the ADS aim gets faster and the shots also to make up for the delay I'm having in the FPS game.

You can find "ADS delay" in "Advanced Mouse Settings" in Cross Hair Manager,
which should be what you want.
