I have some issue with my croasshair

Today iíve played and had no issue but then while I was watching videos on YouTube the crosshair disconnected and i though, ok letís just unplug and plug back the power cable but nothing,1 bip and white light, and the controller doesnít connect so iíve tried other 6 cables but nothing has changed, stil 1 bip and white light, I decided to use my other controller and this time is 3 bips and red light, then I have updated to the newest version but still same problems with all the cables and controllers and after some time as soon as I plug the power cable the light goes green with 3 bips (never happened before).what do I do? (Sorry for my eng)

I have fixed the green light with the hidden button but still canít connect any controller

1 beep with a stable white LOGO means Cross Hair finds no controller on USB 1
3 beeps with a stable red LOGO means Cross Hair finds an unstable controller on USB 1

so, there are 3 possible things which will cause this trouble:
1. the USB cable between controller and Cross Hair
2. the micro USB port on controller
3. USB port 1 of Cross Hair

If it's caused by USB 1 of Cross Hair,
please contact the seller for after-sale service.

I have bought the Crosshair 2 years ago on amazon and I don’t know how to contact the seller right now :/
