this might be caused by USB cables or other unstable connections,
try some new and qualified USB cables for
1. the one between your controller and S1
2. the one between S1 and game console

From what I've seen in other posts a lot of people are experiencing this same problem, and you just talk about switching cables, most of them using the original ps4 control cable and the cable you sent us, could you send us a certified cable or indicate the brands and models that work, your handset is not cheap should, I think you should have in the places indicated to buy the handset these certified cables, I hope you solve this problem, because I will not indicate product to any of my friends and Soon appears a company that produces a quality device.

in fact, most of the problem can be solved easily by following structions in "Warning and Solution",
http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=2612.0

if you can't fix it, please send a video to show us your trouble.
show us all your conections and the status and color of S1's LED indicator.

I have a similar problem, the mouse and keyboard stop working and I have to reconnect the entire set, the rgb glows solid purple, I tried different usb cables, but the result is the same, after 2-5 minutes - loss of control

Just to chime in, I'm seeing the same issue. During gameplay (Destiny2) with the Reasnow S1 I will randmoly have all mouse or keyboard actions not register.

The reasnow maintains the solid green light, no chimes or flashing happens. Unplugging the cord from the PS4 and plugging it back in always fixes it.

This happens at intermittent intervals while I'm pressing buttons and also when no buttons or inputs are being sent. If I wasn't sending inputs I would think the reasnow device is going to sleep or something like that.

From the advice above I am purcashing different usb->micro usb cables to try out and see if that fixes anything.

reasnow s1 is a converter, which means there will be many USB connections or BT connections while using our products.

if you met one similar connection issue,
it is not a big deal, just calm down and follow our guide in "Warning and Solution",
which can be found here:
http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=2612.0

BTW, solid green light with no beep is a bit strange,
please send us a video when you face that next time.

Alright, new usb->micro usb cables and the issue persists.

I was incorrect about the solid green light. It is a slow pulsing green light and there is no beep that comes from the Reasnow S1. I will try to get video but there isn't much to see, unfortunately. The keyboard and mouse inputs do not make anything on screen respond.

as I see in this video, LED indicator is breathing, and all controls are lost.
and after a rebooting, all will be restored.
there is only 1 reason which will cause that. --- PS4 controller's authentication failed.
To work on PS4, PS4 controller must keep good and stable communicating with PS4.

next time when you face this, enable "I/O monitor" in "Settings" of our APP,
and return to "HOME" UI, press your buttons on keyboard or mouse.
you can see buttons are being sent to PS4.
so S1 is working normally.

But PS4 does not respond to these signals.

there are some unstable connections here that prevent PS4 from talking to PS4 controller.

the talking between them is related to the following items:
1. PS4 controller
2. USB cable between PS4 controller and ReaSnow S1
3. USB cable between ReaSnow S1 and PS4 console
4. USB receptacles of ReaSnow S1 and PS4

our suggestions are:
1. check USB receptacles of ReaSnow S1 and PS4
2. try some better and shorter USB cables
3. occasionally, some incompatible keyboard and mouse will also bring this trouble
4. try restoring ReaSnow S1 to factory defaults

1 and 2 -> 80% Possibility
3 and 4 -> 20% Possibility

Maybe this is not a reply you hoped,
but that is the true story.

Any more feedback, please keep us informed!
