App does not start

Hi everyone, lately I have problems with app manager. I state that I use it with a bluetooth dongle ... when I try to start, show me a message warning  "update app to lastest version”.
I already have the latest version installed but it doesn't work. I also tried deleting and installing again but not working.
could anyone please help me? thanks

this situation made me mad. I thought the app had problems but in reality it was only the flash tool that had to be updated. I had not seen the new version of the flash tool. now everything works wonderfully. thanks!
