iOS app crash on tap iOS10.33 11.2 model 5s n 6

Hi happy ny
iOS 10.3.3 iPhone 5s can’t open app .crash on tap
iOS 11.2 iPhone 6 can’t either exact same as above

hi, if it's an iPhone, please install our app from APP store directly.
search "reasnow" in it,
you can find our app easily.

Yes that what I did , so u can down load from elsewhere that’s interesting, I want to try , maybe it works .

we will need some more time to figure it out,
currently the fastest solution is finding an android phone:)
