Reasnow s1 replacement
« on: December 31, 2019, 01:11:32 AM »
Hello Reasnow S1 Dev Team!

It seems like my device doesn’t work even when I tried to replace usb cables and re run and re download reasnow manager. The app says “no reasnow device found” each time when I run it. I think bluetooth receiver is broken on the device. What is the procedure for replacement?

It is stable green but no bluetooth chipset, looks like type 3 error.

If you got a stable green with no beeps, that means ReaSnow S1 find no controller on USB port 1.
better to try a new usb cable for your controller.

If you can't fix it, please send us a video to show all your actions and troubles.

Why this device is so sensitive with a selection of usb cables? My usb cable works on different device but not on this one. You better sell shorter usb cables bundled and specifically dedicated to this device.

1. firstly, that is because game consoles require critical authentication communication.
or they will reject any input.
2. secondly, ReaSnow S1 is a converter, which means there will be many USB cables being connected to it.
once any USB cable which is used on it is not an unqualified one,
    troubles will come.
3. USB cables are very simple, but not all cables comply with USB 2.0 specifications strictly.
so there will be some incompatibility issues.
