We found the audio issue,
but seemingly this issue is caused by the recent update of PS4.
if we rolled back to previous version such as V5.3.53,
THE same audio issue will be there.

We are working on it, might fix it in about 24 hours.

BTW, please recreate macros with our latest APP,
the trouble with macros might be solved by that.

you can set your mouse report rate(polling rate) to 500hz or 1000hz,
s1 will detect it automatically.
no need to set it manually.

What is the best rapid fire ms for r-99 ? Or all weapons apex ? 10 ms is good ?

mouse acceleration is designed to be reduced to as low as possible in our system,
but it will depend on many things.

10ms will be too small,
generally speaking, 30~60ms are better.
but it shall be decided by your game and the weapon you are using.
