Problems with Xbox Elite controller 2

Hello, Richard.
Gamepad emulation has been malfunctioning lately:
- clicking on the right side buttons often happens with very long delays, or nothing at all.
- same problem with the crosshead
- right stick behaves unpredictably, most of the time everything works properly, but at random it stops responding at all (here's the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kinr3viSkRM, I'm just trying to go ahead there).
In games it manifests itself quite randomly and as always at the most inopportune moment.
Reasnow s1 was bought exclusively for Xbox elite 2, and it's even more depressing.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
 V5.3.53/ Manager APP V1.2.36
2. your console and game
PS4 Pro/ FF 7 Remake, Uncharted 1-4/ Apex Legends/ CoD MW(2019)/ Division 2 and others
3. All the peripherals that are connected to ReaSnow S1
PS4 Pro/ DS4 and Bluetooth Elite 2
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble
Controller and Joystick (standart config, did not change anything)

please enable "I/O monitor" in "Settings" in our APP,
and return to "HOME" page.
check the input and output of ReaSnow S1,
it will help to solve many similar issues.

if responding is lost with no warnings(beeps),
you might need a new and qualified USB cable for your controller(DS4).

and you can also try restore S1 to defaults with our Flash Tool,
it might solve some trouble too:)
