problem setting rainbow six siege

hi i have a problem in putting a proper sensitivity on rainbow my previous settings were
12k dpi 1k hz
all sensibility game 100
dead zone game 10-10
until a few months ago they were fine but now I can't find myself well anymore, I followed the guide with the updated settings but in that way I find myself even worse,
I wanted to know what the YX ratio is for in detail
so to understand if I have to increase the dpi of the mouse or change that value to find my ideal sensitivity

1. Game settings
Vertical Sensitivity = 100
Horizontal Sensitivity = 100
Left Stick Deadzone = 10
Right Stick Deadzone = 10
Controller Rotation = Classic  (!!!)
Aim Down Sights = 100

2. Mouse settings
5000DPI/ 500HZ

3. Defaults preset config for Rainbox Six
(delete old preset config for R6 and then add a new one)
