I just bought the CrossHair S1 and i can't figure out how to set it up. Is there a video for S1 on the setup?

if this communication method setting does not show on your ps4,
please just skip it.

This is insanity..... $110 for what? It was so much better with the computer instead of this App and I still can’t get to because it’s blinking Red turning it on.... 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

if you got a blinking red, that means everything is good.
just connect ReaSnow S1 with our APP and add a config in it.

Have you read the manuals here or the how-to videos?
they are essential for beginners.

Finally got it to work Sort Of, how do you configure the Right Stick movements???? The videos you sent me don’t show it. Still frustrating 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

by defaults, right stick movements will be mapped to the mouse movements,
if a correct config is used, you can use your mouse immediately.
if you want to change the default mappings, just "edit" the config,
and do all the mappings on your own.

Ok I watched the video and now on the App I’m missing things on edit like ADS, TBD1, TBD2, and TBD3 they just disappeared 🤦🏼‍♂️ Now what?

please enable "Professional Mode" in "Settings",
then you will have full control of ReaSnow S1.

I’m losing my my mind..... I even bought a new mouse.... Still can’t move the mouse in WarZone.... Starting to feeling Stupid or Dumb... I watched everything and I still can’t move the mouse 🤬

1. upgrade to the latest firmware and APP
2. then enable I/O monitor on HOME page, and check all the ins and outs of ReaSnow S1,
while moving your mouse.

if these fails to help you,
please record your smartphone screen after I/O monitor is enabled.
send us the video or a link of it.
