hello，i have a question！When the headset is plugged into the handle, the handle is always connected to black accidentally or when you get up, and then the s1 turns to a blue light and keeps dripping. You can only reconnect the s1 to the ps4pro's usb.what should i do？

I don’t use the 3.5mm headphone jack of ds4 and I don’t have these problems. Do I need to replace a usb headset?

always，until i reinsert the reasnow s1 to ps4pro‘s USB，then will be function！but，if i let the headest close to the reasnow the trouble come again！im so confused！（my headest is  RAZER HAMMERHEAD DUO）
