S1 Not Turning Off

I have a G29 hooked up to the S1 and once TV and console are shut down the S1 light keeps turning red blue and then on green the wheel turns.  This goes on till S1 converter.  Any ideas?

please change some settings in your console,
and make sure it will turn off USB power when it's shutdown.
