Reasnow S1 Manager App (Not Working)

I've been trying to start the manager application for like two hours, without success or tried with both Wi-Fi- Bluetooth and Normal Giga - Bluetooth but it doesn't work, I think it's a server problem but I'm not sure, can anyone help me?

Hello, is there any error message when it fails to connect? Is it ok to take a screenshot or a screen video to show us the details?
