Trouble updating

Hello!
I have just upgraded my ReaSnow Cross Hair to the latest version with ReaSnow Firmware Tool(Firmware Upgrade Tool) http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/ReaSnowFirmwareTool-V2.0.0.exe
I didn't know the update program is for (ReaSnow S1) now the computer doesn't recognize the device and
not work at all on my PS4
 I pressed the reset button. and I used all the programs in this link, http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=25.0
and it didn't work.
 
Please advise

If you would like to return to Cross Hair Manager, it’s simple:
1. Plug Cross Hair into PC while holding the hidden button on it with a toothpick,
Release the button when Cross Hair LOGO is green.

2. Run "Cross Hair Manager V4.x.x.exe" and click "Cross Hair icon" in the center.
Then click "Yes", once you are notified to upgrade.
