I think the default settings are the same on PS5 too and you can set the controller buttons to the proper key how you want to use or comfortable.
Game setting Requirement:
(On Foot)
Soldier Aim Sensitivity = 100
Soldier Zoom Aiming sensitivity = 200
Aiming left/right acceleration = 50 (personally it was a bit strange for me to set it 50. It felt like it would balk the turning speed a little. Other solution which worked well for me is to set Aiming left/right acceleration to 0 and in the subconfing menu set the HIP smoothness 2 or 3) I use it on 7000 DPI 500hz.
Vertical Aim Ratio =48
Vertical Zoom Ratio = 80
Uniform Soldier Aiming =OFF
Zoom Transition Sensitivity Smoothing = ON (I did not feel any difference when i turned it off ..to be honest i do not really konw what is the point of this option in the game)
1.00-10.00X Zoo Aim Sensitivity = 100
In the HIP and ADS subconfig
HIP YX ratio =2.00
ADS YX Ratio =2.00
