Bug with DFGT

Hello. Coming from the crossaim version back from my PS3/4 days  I just brought the S1 for the PS5. I was able to connect and play with my DFGT with GT Sport but I noticed that my wheel randomly disconnects. I have to unplug and plug the S1 every couple of hours. How can I provide more details?

Does it ever work properly?

do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
7. a video to show us your trouble will be better

we saw a breathing purple on S1, which means S1 is working well at the time while shooting this video.
am I right?

but previously, you mentioned a 3-beeps warning while the trouble accurs,
this video shows no detail about that.
can you provide another video?

how often does this problem occur?

by the way, please try some other USB cables for your controller, it might help.
