Reasnow Won't Connect to cloud servers

I recently purchased a reasnow and when I plug it into my PC and open my app it will not connect and the app infinitely states "Fail to connet to cloud servers". Is there a way to fix this?

try it again when the internet is not busy,
or try some other internet connections.
