Problem: Side button Mapping Aerox 9
« on: January 01, 2023, 01:47:41 AM »
Hi,
Since the firmware update of the Aerox 9, the Reasnow S1 no longer recognizes the side buttons. The button mapping of the side buttons corresponds to the Kepad.

The mouse works 100%. Tested in raw input Sniper elite 5, all side buttons were recognized. The XIM Apex also recognizes all buttons with the latest firmware.

Can you take a look at this please?

sorry, we will still need the video:
please enable "I/O monitor" in our APP and show us what you can see while pressing the side buttons.

which is the firmware version that can recognize the side buttons of your mouse?

and we checked your video, your CPI has been set to 400,
while 4000cpi is recommended if it's used with S1.

as we can find on internet,
The on-board memory on this mouse will only save the last active profile in Engine(Steelseries GG).
The mouse will only save the following on board:
Basic button bindings, such as mouse/keyboard buttons, DPI Settings, Polling Rate, Lighting Disabled
