Xbox Problem

My reasnow beeps 4 times whenever I plug it in and now it wont work. None of my things will connect to the xbox however the light stays "on" on the reasnow. Any ideas on how to fix?

3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. a video to show us your trouble
please upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers,
and send us the URL.

It has 4 beeps and steady green, so it says I should return it for repairing but Ive had it for almost a year and this has never happened so I am confused as to why it would just start happening now.

2. Xbox series S
3. Last year in April, Worked great until yesterday
4. Stable green, no continuous beeps, 4 in one cycle
5. Ducky keyboard, g pro wireless mouse (Both have worked great so shouldn't be the issue)

you can try rebooting your S1, but if this issue happens repeatedly,
this issue can't be fixed by a software solution.
please contact your seller for after-sale service.
they will be responsible for that.
