I have already clearly described the potential issues that may arise on the post page.

After I upgraded to firmware version 2.4.4, my S1 failed to recognize my C1 cable.

Please select downgrade to the previous firmware version in the firmware upgrade program.

The current firmware addressing Apex compatibility issues is not compatible with older versions of C1.

Is this the old version?

This is the new version.
My device is the same model as the one in the photo, and it still can't be recognized after the update. Is this normal? Thank you for your help.
Error Code: A00100010001(
The previous version was 1.2.24, and even after updating to 2.3.0, it is still unusable.

1. It is confirmed that your C1 is from the earliest batch and is not the same batch as the one in the picture.
2. The earliest batch of C1 does not support firmware upgrades. You will need to purchase the latest batch of C1.
