1. ReaSnow S1 will be detected as a controller, there won't be a message that your MnK is plugged in.
2. What do you mean by"Also I am trying to play apex not sure if that matters. App registers everything just not my PC"?

Hello, just received this in the mail trying to set it up and i have followed the guide, when i plug Keyboard and Mouse into the device my pc does not detect a mouse or keyboard. Not sure what I am missing. Also I am trying to play apex not sure if that matters. App registers everything just not my pc

We tested based on the information you provided and found everything is fine.
Maybe there is something wrong with your controller's joystick, and it can't be repaired by a firmware update.

Due to the different technical routes, ReaSnow and xim may have different implementation principles for the same function, and it is unlikely that we can simply copy each other's functions.

Hello how do you use the ReaSnow manager on PC? I downloaded the latest firmware and pc app but I couldn't get past the loading screen and I'm not sure if I connected the ReaSnow S1 in the right way

Is there a Bluetooth dongle or wireless network card(with Bluetooth, like Intel AX200) on your PC?
