Hello, I am playing cod mw3. When the response time is 2500 in the admin app settings, the character moves very slowly. What is the reason of this?

Do you mean by Stick Response Time=2500?
That means stick output takes 2500ms(2.5s) from 0 to maximum value. And the game recognized that as slow walking.

Yes, it moves slowly when it reaches 2500.

So change it back. The default value is 40.
