S1 on controller
« on: March 01, 2024, 02:22:55 AM »
When using the S1 on the controller in the Authentication Controller option (in Reasnow Manager), the audio on my headset keeps failing every 5s, the cables are well connected. Both my S1 and my app are on the latest update.

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
5. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
6. a video to show us your trouble
please upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the URL.

1. Latest firmware on both
2. Xbox Series X, Rainbow Six Siege
3. There is no reaction to this problem that I am complaining about, it remains stable with the color I chose in Reasnow Manager
4. Just the original xbox controller, but if I may say so. I tested it with a Gamesir controller, the Gamesir T4 Cyclone Pro. And in addition to having a slight delay when using it, I have the same problem that I reported when using the original
5. It happens when I activate the Authentication Controller profile in Reasnow Manager, and when I tested with the T4 Cyclone Pro, the same problem occurs in the Covered Controller option
6. I can't provide a video because it's an audio problem where it keeps failing when, for example, I shoot in the game, as if my headset doesn't support that or even has poor contact, but when I use MNK. In the MNK profile, I don't have this problem, it only occurs when I'm playing with the S1 on the controller using the Converted or Authentication controller option

We've tested it, and everything is fine.
Game: FH5
Firmware&App: 5.6.152/1.6.18
Config: Authentication Controller config
Connection Method: picture below https://postimg.cc/TyxPs8YK
If your test environment is different from ours, please retest it according to ours and see if you still have problems.

Here are some solutions.
1. Unplug the batteries on the controller, then use the USB cable to connect the controller and console
2. Restore S1 to factory default
3. Connect S1 to the console like this pic: https://postimg.cc/TyxPs8YK ,but unplug batteries on the controller
