Hi,
I dropped my Reasnow S1 into water by accident, and it is not working now. When I connect it to my PC, it told me that my PC can't read the equipment. So that means my S1 is broken now, right? What can I do except for buying a new one?
Looking forward to your advice.

can you upgrade firmware by connecting ReaSnow S1 to your PC?
to purchase a new one, Amazon is recommended,
or find our official partners here:

Hi, I can upgrade my s1 firmware. After I did that when I connect it to my pc without holding the button, the light stays green and it rings 3 times as a period continuously. Does that mean it is broken?

I have seen my situation on the "Warning and Solution" page, it says my cause is "no Bluetooth chipset", and solution is "Return ReaSnow S1 for repairing, if this happens repeatedly, or report to ReaSnow". Is reporting here available?

if this issue happens repeatedly, please contact the seller of your S1 for a replacement.
