Raspberry Pie
« on: October 23, 2021, 09:59:41 PM »
Can the reasnow s1 be used with Retropie/Raspberry Pi? When I plug it in the phone app doesn't detect it. Is it because Reasnow needs to identify the console/pc first?

I have an adapter (Ras1ution) with a different philosophy. It does not care where you plug it into (it's not as smart) it cares what controller you plug into it. For example it's compatible for my G29 wheel...and it outputs in various formats for example 360 controller. I can take this setup and plug in my wheel anywhere that accepts a 360 controller (PC/Retropie) and will work no problem.

I wonder if there's a way to make Reasnow work on Retropie similarly as it is a more versatile device.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

thanks for the feedback!
and yes, ReaSnow S1 is not designed for Raspberry.
we will evaluate the possibility later when our time can be spared.
but it's not clear that there will be some business potentials or not to push it forward:)

BTW, ReaSnow S1 can work as an Xbox 360 controller, if there is no controller being plugged into its USB port 1.
you may give it a shot.:)
