Hi, i just bought a new Crosshair S1, but i am experiencing a software issue, i get the green light, the device shows its connected to the Laptop, i downloaded it via mac, it asks for a firmware update and i click the latest version and it does not update and it does not go on the next screen then tried windows, it does the same thing, could you please advise what to do? I have attached a photo. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply, but that link does not work, it takes me to OPPS, you have some trouble and if you could also link me the mac version would be easier for me. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply, I have a green light and the software you sent, I updated firmware and it's not going to the next bit, I feel I have a faulty device! I have attached a screenshot, please advice what to do next?

can you try it on some other computer?
seemingly, there are some issues with your USB driver on this computer.

please follow these 2 steps:
1. Connecting ReaSnow S1 to PC while holding the button, release the button until the LED indicator is stable green.
2. after that, hold the button again, and when the LED is flashing, you can release it.
then try our firmware tool for upgrading!
