In all your publications you say that you use the ReaSnow Polling Rate: 1,000 1 ms response time!!!!  I don't understand if the Reasnow has a maximum of 500hz, please explain how it does it!!!!  Thank you

ReaSnow S1 maximum polling rate is 1000 not 500
Go in global settings with the lastest update and select 1000

I have APP version: 1.5.4 and FIRMWARE version: 5.5.45 and it gives me the option to choose 125,250 and 500hz, NOT 1000hz!

on xbox, it's limited to 500hz.
1000hz will bring instability to the console.
