REASNOW S1 - How to setup Razer Viper V3 Pro

Hi,

I recently purchased the Reasnow S1 and I am trying to link my Razer Viper V3 Pro but to no success. The mouse comes with a dongle that enables bluetooth connection, however when I use the dongle it doesn't show up on the App. When I use a wired connection for the mouse (plugged directly into the mouse) then it shows up on the App and works.

Please could someone help me:)

This dongle is not supported. It only supports use when connected to the S1 via a USB cable, just like on your end.

Any chances to add support for viper v3 pro dongle?

One user has shared a method with us that we haven't fully verified: plug the receiver into a USB 2.0 hub, then connect this hub to the S1's USB 2/3 port.
