Got banned in Apex Legends
« on: March 10, 2026, 06:03:26 AM »
Hello!
This is a report. I was using a Reasnow S1, firmware 171, and was permanently banned seven days ago. It's possible the ban was for using Steam Jitter, I'm not sure. Anyway, keep that in mind.

Currently, all reported bans involve users who utilized an unvalidated feature within the 17X firmware. Users operating the latest firmware version and the ReaSnow C1 have not reported any bans.

Yes, I heard about this too. I'm very upset that I didn't update my C1 cable after the fix, but decided to use firmware 171, which doesn't require a cable to switch to the MNK.

do you have any recommendations for settings besides the latest firmware version?

There's not. Use the default settings.
