My ReaSnow app can't detect Scroll Down and Scroll Up from my mouse wheel at all

My ReaSnow Manager app can't detect Scroll Down and Scroll Up from my mouse wheel at all, but it picks up all other inputs fine. Is this my issue? My mouse is a Logitech G502.ReaSnow Manager app v1.6.40，Firmware V5.6.251，

Please switch your mouse to the standard scroll wheel.

I've already switched to standard scroll wheel mode, but it's still not working .
Is this a problem with the Logitech G502?
Can you detectit normally on your end?
