Hi Austin, I noticed you've released the new C1FirmwareTool-v4.0.0. If my C1 has already been upgraded previously, do I still need to update it using this new program? :)

Obviously, you don't need to use the new firmware update program to update it again.

Hello!
I just decided to update my S1 and C1. The S1 is now on version 2.4.4, but I still decided to check the latest firmware version using the updated firmware tool, but it's not working. There's no connection: "Network Error".
I can't attach a screenshot.

This was a temporary connection issue with the server at the time, but it has now been resolved.

As of April 10, it still says that the network is down. May I ask when this will be fixed?

Hello,

I am also experiencing an issue where my newly purchased C1 is unable to connect to the network, making it impossible to use the device.

Could you please let me know when this issue is expected to be resolved?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards
