PS4 headset problem

Hi! I have a problem , I use my cross hair with keyboard and mouse . When I put the Headset's aux Cable at the controller I can't hear anything . No sound game , no sound party ! How can I resolve ? (I've tried two pair of headset but nothing)

Hi, thank you for the help. But I told you that I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING. NO SOUND GAME,NO PS4 SOUND, NO PARTY CHAT. What shall I do (caps is not for screaming just for underline that :D)

Did you read the topic? You won't be able to hear/talk if connected to gamepad at CrossHair. Do you have second gamepad?

what you need is a USB sound adapter(USB soundcard) , plug it into your PS4,
and set your PS4 according to the pdf file "Audio settings for USB sound adapter on PS4.pdf"
