Please help with that error

Using keyboard Azio KB701 with mouse logitech g300s on my ps4 pro, did everything correct , after 10-20 minutes of playing have error on my crosshair with solid blue light and beeping without stopping. Please help .

generally speaking, solid blue LOGO with continous beeps is caused by unstable connection or poorquality USB communication with peripherals plugged into Cross Hair.
you may try the following solutions:
1. use a new and qualified USB cable to connect PS4 Pro controller to Cross Hair
2. To keep controller’s connection to Cross Hair stable,
we suggest users should do the following setting on PS4 Pro.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"
3. replace the controller or keyboard or mouse, one by one,
to see which one has caused this trouble.

I have brand new ps4 with keypad and bought brand new mouse(Logitec g502) and keyboard, same issue. Sometimes can play for hours without any errors, sometimes it happens every minute. What can i do? Thanks for help.

I have the same problem, I have already changed all the cables for new originals and I have already spent some good money on it and this error always happens. Blue light on directly with beeps. Sometimes I play for days without giving an error and have days that nothing makes it work.

troubles of this kind are always caused by unstable connections between cross hair and peripherals,
or incompatible devices.
please check yours accordingly.
