"Please ensure your Cross Hair is firmly connected to your PC"

Can't figure out whats wrong! Keeps saying that its not connected, keeps flashing green and red whenever i plug into my laptop.

Do I need to use my PC? if so, i have to wait a bit because its being fixed.

Forgot to mention, i updated the filmware, it was connected, and after the update it stopped connecting!

please provide the following details, so we can help you more efficiently.
1. Cross Hair Manager version
2. specific state of your cross hair, LOGO, beeps, connected peripherals etc
a video to show us your trouble might be helpful.
