That is totally unacceptable.

please provide your details so we can find the reason for you.
1. config activated in cross hair, and its settings(HIP/ADS)
2. mouse dpi/ usb report rate
3. sensitivities or other related settings in game

2. if you HIP=0.30, ADS=3.2 is a bit strange to me.
please use this way to change your HIP/ADS seperately

I habe the mouse razer deathadder and put it on a 10k dpi

please try lower your mouse DPI to 6000,
and change your HIP/ADS using the way as showed in part 2.
