can i change the total degree of rotation on G29 wheel

In GT sport the developers locked the setting of the wheel to be total 900 degree in usage in every car and this cant be changed my question is if i switch the wheel mode to PS3(manually from the wheel via button on it) to use it as an older G27 wheel from the ps3 days and plug it through the crosshair to my PS4 then i will be able to control the total degree of rotation utilized  ?

if GTS is using 900 degree, cross hair can't change that.
or your wheel will not synchronize with the game on screen.
