Product support PS4 Pro
« on: October 25, 2018, 07:12:57 AM »
Hey Reasnow team.

I have had my Reasnow device for a few months now and it has always worked perfect for my Switch.
I recently upgraded to a PS4 Pro but noticed that the Reasnow suddently doesn't Pick up all my left clicks.

For example:
If I spam left click lets say 20 times, It might only pick it up 5 times.

This kills me every battle in any FPS games because suddenly I am unable to shoot.

Yes the mouse works perfectly if I plugin my Reasnow to the Nintendo Switch instead, Just in PS4 pro (Fortnite)

Any ideas?

just give us some more details:
1. all your peripherals connected on Cross Hair
2. config activated
3. your consoe and game, while facing this problem

a video to support@reasnow will be better,
or post the link of your video here.

seemingly there is some problem with your settings in config.

you may try the following:
1. restore your cross hair to factory default.
2. add only one config(fortnite) in ps4 UI
3. do not change anything in this config and save

then you may test the result again.

Tested.

Same issue.

I created a Macro to Spam Left click instead due to this issue killing me in games.

Sometimes it works perfectly, Sometimes it just stops working all together, The script just stops pressing left click when I hold down the macro button, And sometimes it works just fine.

so your problem is the usage of macro, right?
can you just export your config and macro and send them to us?

Both.

The start of the thread is still present. Left click doesn't always work.
I then created a macro since I die almost every 1/3 games because I can't use left click in a fight.

However even the macro fails from time to time to shoot, Sometimes it just stops pressing Left click, sometimes it works just fine.

I still have this issue and no idea how to solve this, It prevents me from playing FPS games due to left click just stopping working

Sending the config tomorrow!

Video wont help because it's just left click this is affecting.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it stops working for a few clicks then starts working again (Can be that I can't use left click for 5 seconds),
Note: This also happens to the Left click macro I created.

Send the macro as well,
Note:
Tried different hold / wait / activated times.

Experience the same issue, Sometimes Macro works, Sometimes it doesn't.

Sometimes left click work, Sometimes not

thanks, got your config and macro.
and we import them into our cross hair.
but find no error or conflict between them in fortnite.
mouse is G502 too.

here are some things you may also try:
1. restore your cross hair to factory default,
by following instructions in our manual "CrossHair-UserManual-V5.1.pdf", page 37-38.
2. add only one config(fortnite) in ps4.
do not change it, do not add macro in it.
   then save.
3. do not connect keyboard to cross hair , just connect your mouse to it.
then try the left button on mouse.
4. use another mouse, a simple one, make sure its buttons are not programmable.
try its left button on mouse again.

Update on this issue:

Just reset it by following the guide, It lit up green etc so I the reset worked.
Used the standard profile for Fortnite BR.
Issue is still happening.

Tested different mice (Even a standard HP mouse), Unplug keyboard etc.

Note: This issue is also happening when I "FIRE" with the PS4 trigger as well (When it's plugged in to the Reasnow), If I use the PS4 controller without Reasnow it works just fine without any issues, So it's the Reasnow device itself that has this problem.

What now?
