Hello Richard. Is it possible to return to the old firmware CrossHair?

which version of Cross Hair Manager will you prefer to use?
and why do you need it?

After the last firmware, the stick on G13 stopped working correctly. Up, down works, and left, right not. Stick checked on the PC and it is working.

we did find a bug in the recent versions,
it will trouble g13's stick and some wheels' steering.
and we are working to fix that asap.

Hello. How can I downgrade my CrossHair version ? I just updated my crosshair to the version 4.7.72, and the new software is not allowing me to import my files from the previous version. In this sense I cannot use my previous preferences already done in the past. How can I make it ?

just use your previous version of Cross Hair Manager,
it will be downgraded as the upgrade procedure.

I tried to do that, but since my Cross Hair was updated to use the version V4. The previous Crosshair manager is not opening ! It is not recognizing when I plug in my device. Only the new version of manager shows it. I need to import my previous config because I spent a lot of time to make it perfect ! Thanks

if your cross hair has been upgraded from V1 to V4,
there is no way to get it back.
so sorry for that.

yes, we can do that for you, if you have rcc files.
post them here or send them to support@reasnow.com
and we will also need to know the version,
which is compatible with these files.
