CrossHair behavior weird

Hello,
i have up the firwware to the last version,
i have plug the CrossHair on my xbox, NO PROBLEM
i have plug on mu pc
i have change my configuration R6s < save < disconect
plug to my xbox and now the crosshair have a weird behavior,
the controller is not detected and i flashs in all color Blue Green Red, Blue green Red.....
i can't play..
when i no plug a controller crosshair becomes whit

the crosshair become Blue Green Red all time on xbox even when i not plug the controller
on pc no probleme i can change all configuration
i use last version of firmware

if you got RGB logo, it means cross hair does not find your xbox controller at all.
please try a new usb cable to connect your controller to cross hair,
or try a new controller if the previous step can't fix your trouble.

Hi richard,
i can turn on my controller when the CrossHair is in RVB mode (i can play with my controller on this)
i have test with other cable and controller and i have the same problem

if your controller has been connected to cross hair properly,
it will not be turned on in wireless mode.
it's the same problem that cross hair finds no controller at all.

please try connecting a mouse to usb port 1 of cross hair,
and give us the result.

a video will be better.
