Thrustmaster HOTAS 4
« on: February 07, 2019, 05:05:12 AM »
Hi,

I am the happy owner of one of your reasnow crosshair.
I have recently purchased a Thrustmaster HOTAS 4 fot ACE COMBAT 7 on PSVR and it works like a charm!!!

I would love to make the best of the HOTAS with the Crosshair and take the best of it.

The Games I would love to play are
Call of duty infinite warefare Jackal Assault PSVR PS4
Starwars Battlefront rogue one: Xwing PSVR PS4
Wipeout Omega Collection PSVR PS4
Ace Combat 5 Unsung war PS4

My Crosshair is set on Custom game at start up preset
I have mapped the buttons accordingly.

BUT

I have issues with:

The right stick and the throttle which are not recognised by the crosshair.
I cant remap the PS4 right and left joystick on the HOTAS throttle and joystick.

Can you please give me any advise?

Then
How to map
The Yaw function ? The yaw buttons on the throttle are not recognise neither are the one on the joystick (when you turn it)
The Throttle, it would be absolutely fantastic to in/decrease speed with the throttle but i can't remap it because the crosshair doesn't see it...

Could you please share any advise, premade preset or tutorial?

Could it be possible like in the Steering whell menu to have a scrolling menu with the different compatible joystick to be chosen?
That would be great!

Thank you for your future help.

A big fan of yours
Cheers

Daju

Hi Daju,
hota 4 is a test one,
you may try "FlightStick" -"Settings" in Cross Hair Manager,
some changes here might be in need according to your game.

Hi,

I am so glad you took time to answer my question and so sorry to hear that the HOTAS 4 is just at test level.
I know that very few people may be intersted by making the HOTAS 4 usable with other games but if anyone is please consider leaving a message below, Just to make the DEVS know we exist...
Who knows, if many of us are interested maybe something could be done ...

Thanks Richard anyways, and looking forward for future improvement!

Cheers

Daju

there might be some mistake here.
what i mean is HOTAS 4 is a tested flightstick,
it should work with cross hair.

but for now, you might find it difficult to be set properly.

while we are working on a major upgrade,
in that version, you will have full control for your HOTAS 4.
please wait a while for that.
