ReaSnow not connecting

Just bought new s1, updated and plugged into the Xbox with the g29 wheel...the crosshair goes through the blue, red, green, and then beeps and goes steady green and nothing happens..????

if you got a stable green LED indicator on ReaSnow S1,
it means ReaSnow S1 find no Xbox One controller on its USB port 1(the single USB port on the left side).
