Solid Red light with beeping noise

standard keyboard and cyper power mouse are in right , keyboard on left mouse on right , ps4 controller with new usb wire in right with device setting in ps4 menu chaged to wired , and reasnow usb cable hooked to the ps4 slot 1 , and i get a red light with beeping and my reasnow s1 app says cant connect error 307

it will guide you through the known issues.

mostly, it is caused by some bad connection between ReaSnow S1 and the PS4 controller.

thank you,  now im just getting a flashing red light with no beeps ..... cuz i change the cord to the ps4 contollor , In the warning and soloution form says the flashing red means No config ,Add a config in ReaSnow S1 , im not sure what or how to do this ? what does it mean

just connect our app to ReaSnow S1, and add a preset config in it,
then it will work.
