S1 Troubles
« on: November 19, 2020, 01:24:16 AM »
I had a 1st gen crosshair for a few years, so I am familiar with their operation.  My old one developed a bad port (power port broke) so I just bought a new S1.  I've had nothing but issues with it so far.  Every time I start it up I get the same thing.  Solid red light, 1 beep at a time.  I've read all of the manuals and done everything suggested.  I've changed out all of the wires with new ones, tried a new controller, etc.  They only way I can get it to work is to hook it up to my pc and flash it again.  Then it will work for 1 session.  As soon as I turn my Xbox off, it's back to the same thing when I try to play again.  What can I do to resolve this very annoying issue?  Thank you.

sorry to hear of your trouble!
please try connecting a mouse or keyboard to USB port 1 of ReaSnow S1
(the single left one for authentication controller),
and then connect it to a console or PC.
tell us what you got there.

BTW, which Flash Tool version are you using?
