1. in-game settings
(firstly, you should restore all settings to defaults, and then change the followings as recommended)
Options/Controls:
Vertical Sensitivity = 100
Horizontal Sensitivity = 100
Left Stick Deadzone = 10
Right Stick Deadzone = 10
Controller Rotation = Updated
Controller ADS Sensitivity = Standard
Standard ADS Sensitivity = 50

2. mouse
5000DPI/500HZ

3. ReaSnow S1
default config for Rainbow 6(updated)

if you still have trouble with the mouse,
please provide a video to show us your trouble.

or tell us how to reproduce the issue here,
game mode, which gun you are using, the scope, etc.

will gladly check all for you.

you can change all settings in our APP.
and for your instance, please try the "smoothness" or "MIN speed",
they might be some help.

3. Original Controller Dead Zone
Original Controller Deadzone is used to block abnormal input from worn sticks of the original controller.

"Original Controller" is the authentication controller which is connected to USB1 of ReaSnow S1.

Controller deadzone is the amount your stick can move before it’s recognized in game,
the bigger the deadzone the more the stick can move before it registers an input.
A low deadzone is more responsive, a subtle touch will result in an input, there’s a flip side,
if your controller is a little worn or the sticks are a little loose it could lead to drift.
Larger deadzones trade off responsiveness to avoid accidental inputs.

And the following material might also be some help for you:
https://thegamingsetup.com/guides/what-is-controller-deadzone

As for the "Third-party Controller", it is the controller which is connected to USB2 or USB3 of ReaSnow S1,
or those are connected to ReaSnow S1 wirelessly.

yes, you can change the dead zone for the original controller or third-party controller in our APP.
changing dead zone will only bring changes to sticks on controllers.
